Kingman -- William Lister, 84, died at 1:40 p.m. Monday at his home near Grange Corner. He was born Jan. 2, 1876, in Indiana, a son of Elias and Hanna Salmon Lister. He was married July 18, 1913 to Nora Farley. Mr. Lister, a retired farmer, was a member of the Nazarene Church. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Vesta Myers and Mrs. Hazel Tibbett, both of near Bloomingdale and Mrs. Mary Kolaiser of Newtown; two sons, Earl of Ladoga and Claude of near Coatesville; a sister, Mrs. Melissa Manley of Sanford; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. (EST) Wednesday at the Wolfe Creek Church near Wallace. Rev. Paul Hoskins of Roachdale will officiate. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Wolfe Creek Cemetery.
